Fly Fishing Guide Adirondacks

About Your Adirondack Angler Guide

My name is Daryl Crist, owner and operator of Adirondack Angler Guide Service. I live in the Saranac Lake region of the Adirondack Mountains. This area's rivers, ponds and lakes provide a unique fishing opportunity. I work hard to catch fish and to ensure that my guests have a meaningful wilderness experience in the process.

I really enjoy being on the water and fishing. Most of my satisfaction comes from teaching techniques and presentations and promoting a love of the outdoors. I strive for a high level of customer service. My goal is to have guests leave with a better understanding and appreciation for the region and the fishing that it has to offer.

I can be found skiing, hiking, paddling, camping and fishing all over the Adirondacks. My trips are based on the knowledge I've acquired over the last twenty years. I also work with local outfitters to customize your Adirondack adventure. Fishing has taken me to Wyoming, New Mexico, Maine, Northern New York, the Bahamas and the Florida Keys where some of the best off-shore and sport fishing is to be had. Come enjoy my passion, come share the Adirondack experience.

I am professionally licensed as a New York State Guide, badge #4245. I am also professionally trained in camping and fishing, and skilled in the use of canoes, kayaks and motorized boats. I carry the National Safety Council's Standard First Aid, CPR and Water Safety certifications.

Thanks for checking out the site. I really look forward to working with you.
