Adirondack Angler Policies

A 50% deposit is required when a trip is reserved. If a trip is canceled by the client with less than 14 days notice the deposit will not be refunded. If a trip is canceled by Adirondack Angler due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be refunded in full. Adirondack Angler is understanding of particular circumstances and if you need to cancel, you may reschedule your trip and not forfeit your depoist. If you have a custom trip in mind, let us know and I will work with you and local outfitters to arrange for your special Adirondack experience.

Any half-day trip is a four hour period agreed upon by both client and guide. A full-day trip is an eight hour period agreed upon by both guide and client.

All clients should bring a valid New York State fishing license, jacket, fleece or sweater, sunscreen, long sleeve shirt, camera, sunglasses and some snacks and water. For Charter Boat Trips, non-marking soles are required. If you have your own rods and reels, please feel free to ask Adirondack Angler for recommendations on those selections. Rental equipment is available for a daily rental cost.
